SuZhou Silikron Semiconductor Co. limited released 75V N-channel power MOSFET in the TO-220 type, uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and high cell density, and low gate charge.  The on-resistance was down to 6.8 mΩ at a 10V gate drive and reduced the conductive loss.
